4. Jurisdictional Errors: If the FIR is filed outside the jurisdiction of the concerned police station.
5. Absence of Factual Foundation: If the allegations are absurd or inherently improbable, making it impossible for any prudent person to reach a just conclusion that there is sufficient ground for proceeding against the accused.
